The 2019/2020 Membership Survey identified 5 key themes: Funding, Volunteers, Governance, Communication and Advocacy. At the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, we carried out an Impact Survey across our membership as a follow up, allowing us to update and assess the immediate need of our members.
